Insurance
We accept these major insurances in Florida:
Florida Blue: Blue Options, BlueSelect, Federal Employee Program, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO， BlueMedicare PPO
We do not accept MyBlue(HMO) or BlueMedicare HMO.
United Healthcare: Commercial PPO plans， Medicare AARP(PPO and HMO).
Aetna: Commercial plans(PPO)，Medicare Advantage Plans(PPO)
Cigna: Commercial plans(PPO)， Medicare Advantage Plan (PPO)
Traditional Medicare
We do not accept Exchange plans(Obamacare) or Medicare HMO plans.
We do not accept Dual complete plans (Both Medicare and Medicaid)
We offer affordable office visits if you do not have health insurance or we are not in your health insurance network. Please contact our office for details.
Immigration exam
We only see patients 18 years old or above.
The immigration exam fee will be $200, excluding lab tests and immunization.
